How to cook Instant Pot Pork Adobo?
Gather all the necessary ingredients.
Add chopped garlic to the Instant Pot.
Add pork cuts to the Instant Pot and stir until it becomes whitish.
Now, add salt and black pepper to taste.
Add brown sugar to the pork cuts.
Add some Soy sauce.
Now add white wine.

- 2 lb pork cuts

- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp peppercorn
- 7 Bay leaves
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- Press saute, add garlic and stir.
- Add pork and saute until brown.
- Stir well until the pork becomes whitish.
- Add salt, black pepper, and brown sugar and stir well.
- Add soy sauce, white vinegar, peppercorn, and bay leaves and stir well.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, do a quick release.
- Press saute, add water mixed with cornstarch and stir well.
