How to cook Instant Pot Kale?
Gather your 4 magical ingredients alongside Kale.
Take the Instant Pot and add Kale to it.
Pour in some water and cover the Instant Pot.
Set it to High Pressure for 3 minutes.
Do a Quick Release & drain all of the water from Kale completely.
Add the Kale back to your Instant Pot and pour in some olive oil.
Do not forget the salt, it's less but makes the most part of our recipe!
Now add previously minced garlic cloves and set the pot to Saute for 2 more minutes.
Keep stirring the Kale every 10 seconds.

Instant Pot Simple and Healthy Recipes

- 1 lb fresh kale tough ends removed and chopped roughly
- ½ cup water
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- Place kale and water into the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
- Take out the kale and drain all the water from the Instant Pot (It should be empty).
- Press "saute" and add olive oil.
- Add kale, salt and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
