  • 3 tbsp sesame oil toasted
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 6 oz bacon chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 cup collard greens chopped
  • Press "saute" and add sesame oil.
  • Add chopped onions, bacon, salt, black pepper and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add chili and collard greens and mix for 2 more minutes.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  • When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
  • Serve and enjoy 🙂
